Hello can someone help me in upgrading the firmware for my RAK7258, when i try what is here https://downloads.rakwireless.com/en/LoRa/Indoor-Gateway-RAK7258/Firmware/ a message saying that i am using a bad format comes in.

Did you unzip the archive. You need to use the bin file that is inside, not the archive itself.
