For anyone new to RAK and having this issue with a new board (eg. just bought a RAK4631 Meshtastic Starter Kit and USB drive not mounting) - I just had to flip the black switch towards the USB port!
If the green light is solid (or solid and then some flashes) you’re good to go. Bluetooth pin is 123456 if you don’t have an LCD.

Can you please show which “black switch” you flipped?
The RAK4631 Starter kit doesn’t have any switch.
Or do you mean the WisMesh Base board RAK19026?
