We tried to deploy a 7268V2 as a packet forwarder on our LNS on Channel 5 to get away from all the traffic on Channel 2. Would not connect. As soon as we switched back to Channel 2 it connected immediately.
Does the 7268V2 only work on Channel 2?

Hi @Amelia244
Just to make sure I understand your setup correctly, by Channel 2 and Channel 5, do you mean US915 Sub-Band 2 and Sub-Band 5?
Also, when you say it would not connect on Channel 5, was the gateway itself showing as offline on your LNS, or was the gateway online but not receiving any packets from your end devices?
The RAK7268V2 is not limited to Sub-Band 2, so I’d like to clarify which connection is actually failing before we dig into the channel configuration.
Could you also let us know which LNS and packet forwarder you are using, and your WisGateOS version?
