Im embarrassed to say this but I lost my activation passwords. I logged out of RAK on my phone and now I cant access. Can I reset somehow and start over?

Unfortunately we can not provide the words for you. As they allows direct access to your wallet, for security reasons you were the only person to ever have them, otherwise we would be able to access your wallet, which would be a huge security bridge, like knowing your Debit card PIN for example.
We also can not reset this for you as it is tied to your Helium wallet, not to the miner itself.
I am afraid that once lost, the words can not be recovered.
