Additional OPKG packages for RAK7258

Hi there,

I have just received a RAK7258 and running firmware 1.1.0061_Release r199 20200214. I would like to cross compile some additional opkg packages for it, could someone confirm what is the exact version of openWRT that this is based on?

All of the RAK builds are derived from 15.05
