What are the differences between the RAK11720 and RAK4630 modules? Which one is better for a very low power applications?

(1) Size
RAK4630 is 15 mm x 23 mm x 3 mm
RAK11720 is 15.5 mm x 15 mm x 2.6 mm

(2) MCU
RAK4630 is using Nordic nRF52840
RAK11720 is using Ambiq Apollo 3 Blue

(3) Price
RAK4630 is 15 USD
RAK11720 is 7.99 USD

From power consumption they are very similar.
