Can data sent to TTN via Semtech be saved locally on the SD card?

I need to save the data sent via Semtech to TTN on the memory card of the RAK7289cv2 gateway device. Then, decode the information from the sent packet. In my case, I need to obtain watermark readings and copy them to the SD card so I don’t lose records. I’ve been using TCPDUMP from the console and SSH communication with root permissions, but the internal storage doesn’t allow me to install programs to deserialize or decode .pcap files. I’m interested in seeing the payload, DevEUI, and the date and time of the report. If you can help me with that, I’d appreciate it, as we are frequent customers of your technology in Chile.
