Can i connect rak7249 and WisDuino Evaluation Board RAK811

  1. Can i connect rak7249 and WisDuino Evaluation Board RAK811 to the things network.
  2. What about 8dBi Fiber Glass Antenna can connect this antenna for both end device(WisDuino Evaluation Board RAK811) and gateway(rak7249 ). because i heard that if dbi is more it will damage the device so please help me with this!!

Hello,

RAK7249 is not a end device, but a gateway. Of course, the gateway and the board can be connected to TTN. Here are the guides for connecting them to TTN:

About the antennas, using a 8 dBi on the gateway will be fine. For the board, you can use the 3 dBi and it will work fine.
