How i can set module to FSK modulation for up speed?
Yes, but at the released RUI3 version only through AT command.
API support will come with the next version.

FSK noise immunity less VS Lora mode? but higher speed (bitrate)
and if using bandwidth FSK (wide) does it automatialy lowers (reduce) speed?
As I said, I never used FSK.
