Yes, but at the released RUI3 version only through AT command.
API support will come with the next version.

FSK noise immunity less VS Lora mode? but higher speed (bitrate)
and if using bandwidth FSK (wide) does it automatialy lowers (reduce) speed?

I’m also interested in FSK mode through RUI3 but the API says nothing.

FSK is P2P mode and you can find it in the AT commands documentation
AT+P2P

But I never tried it with the API.
