Can RAKv2 helium hotpot provisioned in US be moved and asserted in India

I have a RAK v2 hotpot miner currently asserted in the US, a 915 Mhz variant. Can it be re-asserted in India with IN 865 frequencies?

It can be, but it won’t work. The model is different.
