Can we use RAK2171 TrackIT node with RAK7246G ( development gateway)?

As I can check Wisnode RAK2171 TrackIT module quick start guide, it says we need wisgate edge gateways. Is there any way to use TrackIT node with RAK7246 development gateway ?
