Issue: Cannot add 7249 to new WISDM
Setup: RAK 7249 on 1.3.9_RAK b186
LoRa® Server: Things Newtwork
Details: I am trying WISDM for a community project. My RAK 7249 has run flawlessly for 2 years using The Things Newtwork. I thought I’d try WISDM. When I add the Serial Number and EUI (manual keys off) I get a “shadow error”. WISDM and FOTA are enabled on the gateway. Any ideas?

Shadow error means that the gateway is not recognised by the WisDM. It happens with some old RAK devices, before the WisDM was introduced. Please send the SN and EUI of the gateway to [email protected], and we will fix this.
I have successfully added the gateway to the wisdm console. However it is not communicating with the console. I have followed all the instructions. The errors as seen in the log are:
