Cannot make connection

Running: Meshtastic firmware-rak4631-2.2.24.e6a2c06
OS: Windows 11

Problem: I cannot make a connection via Bluetooth or Wifi.
Wifi is not showing and i don’t know the Bluetooth default password.
I tried 123456 and 000000 and many others, no sigar.
I see a com port (21) popping up so that is working.
In BT i see ‘WisCore RAK4631 Board’
In Router nothing is showing up.
But no way i can connect to the device.

As the device is starting up and advertising on BLE, so the hardware is working well.
