Change "Auto send status" in RAK4200

I need a help with a one RAK4200 Evaluation Board. The firmware version in RAK4200 is v3.2.0.12 and the LoRaWAN Status list is:

I need change the valor in “Auto send status” from FALSE to TRUE.

4200 has no senser data to send, so the status of automatic sending does not work.

I think that the previous firmware version was v1.2.0.1 or something like this. The current version is v3.2.0.12. Is it possible to make a factory reset?
