Charging via usb

Hey all,

I just got my first wisblock starter kit with the 19007 and the 4631. I also bought a solar panel which has a USB output. The device shows that it has external power during the day exposed to sun, but my lipo isn’t charging.

Should the battery charge via the usb port, or do I have to use the Solar jst connector?

  1. You can charge the battery via USB or Solar connector.
  2. How does the device shows it has external power? External power = USB or solar with sun exposure?
  3. If you can measure the current, you should be able to see more or less 400mA on a charging battery.
  4. How did you conclude the battery is not charging? Via voltage measurement?
