CLOUD LORASERVER didn't recive any live device data

I use RAK cloud lora server for a test
And after register Gateway and node by following instruction
And got joint Lora Success! information
However, When I go to the cloud server and check application I can’t see any data result.

My gateway is RAK 7258
NODE is rak811

Can you check that you see packets join/uplink in Gateway Packet Logger(RAK7258) and in Cloud LoRaServer Gateway live frames?

Gateway live frame is keep loading and nothing shows.
