Collecting system logs using syslog ng

Hi,

I am currently working on a project to setup a syslog server on Windows to collect system logs from a RAK 7249 gateway. Any documentation/guidance on how to configure a syslog server and integrate with the gateway to collect the logs would be highly appreciated!

Hi @BSusnat,
Welcome to the RAK forum!
First of all, you will need to choose your Syslog server, check this: https://www.ittsystems.com/best-free-syslog-server-windows/
After you’ve set up the server, you should only point the gateway to this server through System ->Logging

Then set up the IP and the port of the server.
