Config antenna_gain with antena 5.8dbi

Dear all,
I had an glass fiber antena with gain is 5.8dBi for rak2247. So Do i need change field antenna_gain in file global_config.json to 5.8 for archive maximum tx power?

“antenna_gain”: 5.8, /* antenna gain, in dBi */

I have exactly same question did you find an answer for it ?
Setting"antenna_gain": 5.8, will impact range and RSSI ?

I seem to end up at these forum questions because, well, i have the same question but more times then not there is simply no answer provided. Someone from Rak could easily answer this or even just provide a link to a resource?
