Connect the j-link and RAK815 BreakBoard

I recently bought RAK815 and emulator … my project is to use the board as a GPS then send the data to the gateway by using LoRa … I’m facing a problem on the hardware side I not sure how to Connect the j-link and RAK815 BreakBoard.
