Connecting RAK7431 to Mikrotik wAP LR9

Hi.
I’m relative new to LoRaWan network, so please bear with me ya.

I’m using TTN to connect my gateway to the network:

I can see the gateway is online and functioning as it should.
I also notice, RAK7431 is trying to join, but failed.

I’ve created an application in TTN

I’ve tried to connect end device (RAK7431) to the network, but cannot.

Is there any wrong setting?

in RAK Serial Port Tool,
I got EVENT: 7:OTAA_FAILED

I’ve checked:
deveui : AC1F09FFFE0FBD41
appeui : AC1F09FFF9237431
appkey : copied from application in TTN
region : AS923
class : C
