Connecting the battery to a new RAK7200

Issue: a new unit, doesn’t seem to charge overnight

Setup: LoRaWAN

Server: first use

Details: the retail box had a small note: “open the box and connect the battery which was disconnected during transit”

Is there some guide on how to safely open the RAK7200 box/case without damaging it?

Nope, it’s just like most plastic cases using friction & a few tabs - I’ve taken mine apart several times now with no ill effects on me or the tracker.
