What exacty is your problem?
For generic usage of the RAK11200, did you try our Quickstart Guide?
Or did you have a look into our Communication Examples?
For Arduino Cloud, did you follow their Getting Started with the Arduino Cloud?

Does it read sensor values and shows them in the Serial Terminal?
Saying “it shows an error” does not help at all to find the problem.

Try the simple example code I told you to use first. You will get this output if the sensor is working:
I have no idea what code you are using and what it does. If this code is provided by Arduino Cloud then ask them why their code is not working.
