Inside of VSCode, it is installed the Nordic nRF Connect SDK, that I already have configured and running.
As you said “Basically bootloader, softdevice and your application are flashed after compiling with the Sidewalk SDK”. The Nordic nRF Connect for VSCode, working is “west” to flash the mcuboot and image, but the error that I have today I I suspect that I have a problem in the JLink, the I bought a new one and I am waiting to receive this week
One alternative it is to work with “nrfutil” utility, same that I use to flash RAK4631 with the RAK bootloader, via USB. For this, I need the RAK4630 Amazon Sidewalk boadloader file, to flash is in the similar way that "“nrfutil.exe dfu serial -pkg rak4631_factory_bootloader.zip -p COM5”, but changing the the zip file for the “RAK4630 for Amazon Sidewalk” bootloader zip file.
Could you tell me where to download the “RAK4630 for Amazon Sidewalk” bootloader zip file?
I do not have the Amazon bootloader as file for flashing with nrfutil.
When I tested the guide, I used “west” to compile and flashed with JLink.
I am guessing the bootloader is in the SDK for Amazon Sidewalk itself.
Maybe someone else can help here, I tried Sidewalk only once for testing and (as it is not available here) gave up on it.
It needs a Amazon Echo that thinks his location is within the supported countries. I had to use a VPN which goes through USA to get it to work.
