Electromagnetic Compatibility for modem BG95-M3(RAK5010)

Hello,

we are using the RAK5010 which includes now BG95-M3 modem and wonder what kind of Electromagnetic Compatibility certifications it possesses. Our main market is Europe. We have found online a declaration of conformity by Quectel, stating that the modem complies with the RE Directive (2014/53/EU) and among others, this standard: EN 301 489-1 V2.2.3.

Does anyone know if such a declaration of conformity is valid nowadays?
