"ERROR!" when attempting to initiate Field Test Data Processor

I’m attempting to utilize the Field Test Data Processor. I had installed and configured Extension and was in the process of debugging my setup. Now, when I attempt to Launch the extension I receive a page with the simple “ERROR!” message. Screenshot attached. No other message is presented. I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the extension. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Firmware version: WisGateOS_2.3.1_RAK
Extension version: 1.2.0

Hello @joedonn ,

Did you update the firmware version after installing the extension?
Which version did you update from (what was the previous firmware version before you updated it to the current one)?
