I have a problem with the accesory cable and two sensor hub and potentialy a sensor. I was trying to power a sensor hub with the accesory cable and the 12V adaptater but it did not work, I couldn’t get the NFC identification on WistoolBox. I tried with another sensor hub thinking that the first one had a problem and and still nothing. The second sensor hub was before powered by batteries and worked perfectly with a sensor probe but now it doesn’t recognize the sensor probe anymore even with battery power. The first doesn’t work either even with batteries.
I’m guessing that the accessory cable has a wrong wiring and sent the 12v to some port frying the device.
The end results is 2 dead sensor hub and certainly a sensor probe, with the faulty cable.
I tried to conctat RAK directly but no answer, can I have some help ?
