Flash new firmware image

Hi folks,

I get an error message during the “Flash new firmware image” process.

The error message is:
“The uploaded image file does not contain a supported format. Make sure that you choose the generic image format for your platform.”

I downloaded from:
https://downloads.rakwireless.com/en/LoRa/Indoor-Gateway-RAK7258/Firmware/

File:
LoRaGateway_1.1.0050_Release_r184.rar

The File “Release_Note.txt” gives no hint how to handle the downloaded image file.
Is it necessary to rename it in LoRaGateway_1.1.0050_Release_r184.bin before flashing?

Did you UNrar (extract) the image file from the archive you downloaded?
