Yes, BOOT0 unavailable, so only next ways to upload firmare available

  1. via SWD/SWC debugger
  2. via custom bootloader but need some MCU flash and may be critical for some applications.

System Boot jump address (0x1FF00466+1) may be change in next STM32L071KB revisions or ST remove this feature/bug.
