Gateway RAK 7246 G ws_close by server 1006 erreur message

When I boot my gateway have a message ws_close, and none upload from the node.
You can help me?

Are you using our firmware with the packet forwarder?

I receive this gateway new and install the configuration basicstation only.
It’s a US915
what do you want to say?

Our firmware does not support basics stations so what did you use?
Balena perhaps?

Hei,

This is Semtech’s Basic Station, how they implemented it in Balena and if it works with AWS IoT Core I have no idea never tested it. Perhaps check with Balena, what we offer does not come with Basic Station suppor, yet.

Hi Hobo,

I connect the gateway to the TTN and I see the gateway confirm connected, also the message show to console TTN receive from device and no confirm RX on the device(LGT_92 You can send me more on the trouble

Hei,

So now the gateway works fine from what I understand, but you can not get data from the node, right?
Are you sure you configured the application correctly in TTN and the parameters in the node match it?

Hello Vladisla,
ok tout fonctionne bien, par contre la porté en réception du signal semble très faible, j’ai un sensor gps lgt-92 et il fonctionne que moins de 100 mètres et après cette distance plus rien n’est capté par la gateway.
Question
Y a t’il une façon de rendre la réception plus sensible ou cela fonctionne comme ça?

Good to hear it now works, I am guessing parameters mismatch, right?

As for the reception depends what is in between these 100 meters. What is the RSSI/SNR?
You could upgrade the antenna or try to get it to a more visible area, if there is a lot of concrete and metal in between for example due to building or a lot of vegetation (a forest ) this could cause it, yes.
Also check the Data rate you are using on the node.

Pour le RSSI et SNR -85 et le SNR de 9,2 db, le debit se verifie à quel endroit?
Pour la modification de l’antenne vous proposez quoi, la changer pour une que vous vendez?

The RSSI is a bit low for a 100 meters away, must be a lot of material in between, I would take a look at the node, check its parameters, the data rate is something you set there too, no idea how this is not our node.
