Getting started with I/O RAK19007

Hi Meshers,

I have RAK19007 + RAK4631 and trying to read I/O for message sending.

Is this the intended use of Detection Sensor (DS) in Android app?
Firsly changing settings in DS often makes module un responsive and fw reset is only way to get board running again.

Have tried IO1 and IO2 but nothing is hapening. Console saying [DetectionSensor] Message not allow on Public channel
Assuming this is the I/O reading?

Now is there a simple way to send a message to a user by toggle of a I/O?

What firmware are you using?

If you are using Meshtastic firmware, we can give only limited support to hardware problems. We are not developing or maintaining the Meshtastic firmware.

For Meshtastic I cannot help.
I think this says all:

Console saying [DetectionSensor] Message not allow on Public channel

You have to ask Meshtastic guys why it is not working on a public channel. I think they disabled/limited a lot of stuff on public channels because of overload on the channel.
