Hi Everyone,
I’ve been working on a solution for a common issue in dense urban deployments-Receiver De-sensitization caused by nearby cellular infrastructure(LTE/5G).While many 915MHz devices have wideband front-ends,they often struggle when co-located close to out-of-band transmitters.
To solve this,I’ve developed a compact, connectorized 915MHz Bandpass Filter module, size (12mm by 10mm by 2.4mm).It’s designed to be ‘plug-and-play’ between the antenna and the gateway/node.
Key Specs:
Centre Frequency: 915MHz (902-928) Optimized for US/Canada ISM Band
Form Factor: 12mm by 10mm by 2.4mm (includes u.fl rf connectors)
Target Application: Mitigating Out of Band Blocking (OOB) in Wisgate Edge gateways or high-density Meshtastic nodes.
I’m looking for feedback from the community-has anyone else seen a significant range drop when deploying near cell towers? I’d be happy to share more technical data/plots if anyone is interested in testing this to harden their field deployments.
