How to update MNTD Miner to latest firmware version? “Hotspotty Connect App onboarding issue”

Hi,

I’m having trouble onboarding my hotspot, there are no support for tickets for weeks now. And Hotspot connected to ethernet and not performed any OTA update and it’s connected for weeks now.
Can someone guide me how to manually update the hotspot?
