Initial Setup - Syncing for 3 weeks

Hello,

I live in the US and received my Rak miner 3 weeks ago. Since initial setup the miner has been stuck syncing. I have power cycled all routers, switches and the miner but no change. I have done the port forwarding in my verizon fios router but no change. Most people in my area i spoke to said it only took 2-3 days to sync with the network.

Any direction that can be given as to what to do next is greatly appreciated.
