Hello together

I would like to buy a WisGate Edge Pro Version 2 to read Zenner water and energy meters. I only want to keep the whole thing in my own network and not on a cloud.
Now I am not so experienced and wonder if decoding and sending via MQTT is easily possible on the device. I would have already prepared the payloads.
Is the gateway suitable for this?
Or is there a better RAK gateway for it?

The Gateway has an integrated network server and mqtt server enabled by default, so it works out of the box.

Are payloads for end devices such as Zenner water meters or EDC modules already available?
