Log Question/Issue

Hey there, I am trying to figure out a time sync log that is all over my gateway log at the moment. I am trying to configure and use basic station for the first time so I am not sure if this is an issue or not. I am seeing the following log repeatedly, and like A LOT - every couple of seconds.
Thu Apr 24 19:40:58 2025 user.err basicstation[6174]: [SYN:ERRO] transfer error, due to ppsSync.pps_xtime = 0

I was trying to read up on it and I understand there is some time sync problem, but not sure where or how to fix this? Or shut it off if it isn’t needed?
I am using a Chirpstack v4 instance, with basic station - EU868. Gateway model is RAK7268CV2.

NTP Time Sync is on, but I am only using the defaults from WisDM/the gateway.

Saw the same thing in my syslog today on a setup of a new 7268. I have setup 4+ 7268s and 20+ 7289s and have never seen this before today.

What OS are you using?

I reverted 2.2.11 → 2.2.10 with settings retained and the error stopped for me. Not sure why that would fix this but I have not looked at the logs in great detail yet.

Sorry for the late reply! After working with RAK support, it appears the update to 2.2.13 has solved the issue!
