For the Battery, any Li-Ion battery can work. Like the popular 18650 or any LiPo pouch type (as they call it).
For the Solar Panel, any panel can work as long as it has 5V output.
Of course, where to buy will depend where you are in the world.
The battery and solar are actually restricted by your requirements like enclosure size, current consumption, charging cycle possible, etc.
Is there any type of power manager or anything like that that’s needed to regulate the power from the panel to the battery to the chip?
