Lora effect by raining?

Anyone tested to confirm transmit by lora/lorawan was be effected by raining?

All radio waves are affected by rain or anything else in the sky, just like brick walls attenuate the signal, just less.

So a torrential downpour will reduce the signal. I’ve seen it on several occasions even in the UK and especially in Bolton.
