Hi There,

I am running into the following error (see below log - user.err lora_pkt_fwd: file buffer init ERR) with one of my gateways installed at a customer location. I am having trouble finding out what the error means or why it could be happening. Ethernet connection is fine and I am able to SSH into the gateway, but there seems to be no LoRa traffic at all. Customer has tried power cycling multiple times and nothing seems to fix it. Gateway was working for months before it decided to quit recently. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Appears the gateway SD card had popped out on the customer and the gateway was unable to operate. Re-inserting the gateway SD card seems to have solved the problem.
