Lorabutton not conecting to gateway through lorawan

I have a loraButton RAK_LB801 which i’m trying to connect to a dragino gateway , it’s already registered on the things network. i already configured it, set the dev_eui, app_eui and app_key.

but when i try to make an otaa join it responds fail it says:
Join OTAA…

i already check the logs on the gateway and they are empty, but the configuration seems alright

here is an image with the configuration

so please any idea about why the gateway doesn’t receive the button signal even though it’s online is very much appreciated

By default it works on 868,did you adjust it?

this type of button works on the US915 band

This might be true, but have you configured it to do so.

no it came like that when we bought it

also here is the result for my command “at+join=OTAA”

It came like what?

yes it did, my boss told me when he got it. look at the button

please I really need to know what’s going on. somewhere to ask or somebody

Show me a screen shot of ttn config windows and the commands you used to set up the button

Probably you messed up the keys, I hope atleast

Delete the device and the app.
Make a new app and device and set the TTN parameters in the node and try again.

ok , time for the good old delete and create
