Issue:lost my wallet lost my hotspot?
Setup:i have lost my 12 seeds words and can’t use my 3 hotspots can i restore my rak to manufacture and open a new wallet it is not fair to lose my wallet and my machine

Unfortunately you can not do this. You need access to the wallet to manipulate the hotspot and transfer it to another wallet.
Disappointing as it is no one but you has access to the wallet and the 12 words.

You have lost access to the wallet, the hotspot is tied to. Because its identity is on a hardware element in the device it can not be reset, it is static. You are the only one with access to the wallet, neither Helium nor RAK has access to it, this would be illegal, thus no one else can transfer it. This is stated very clearly when registering it.
I am sorry, but there is no way to reset the Hotspot for RAK.
