Made a purchase and didnt hear from store ever since

I made a purchase on the RAKWireless store a week and a half ago.
Got automated confirmation that they got the money and an order number.
After that I never heard from them again.
Not that the shipment is ready, nothing.
I opened a ticket in support 2 days ago, didnt get a reply for that either (other than the automated reply on reception of the ticket).
Is there some kind of holiday ? Should I cancel my purchase ?
