MBR - (master boot record) recover

I would like to know what is the processo to erase/recover the MBR in a RAK4631.

Maybe this helps MBR lost ?
I never had issues with the MBR, but that might be because after I bricked a RAK4631, I usually flash everything (Bootloader, Softdevice & Application) with JLink after a chip erase.
