MNTD: LACK OF SUPPORT

WHY NO SUPPORT FOR YOUR NEW BRAND MNTD BLACK OR GOLD MINERS?

THIS IS MY SITUATION:

I did the standard initial setup, my MNTD black miner was syncing for 24 hrs then it went into relayed mode, so I opened port 44158 both in and out and ports 22 and 443 only out as step 3 outlines in their troubleshooting section illustrates. Since then my miner now will not connect to my Wi-Fi, so it is offline and still in relayed mode 50 hours later. A little SUPPORT FROM RAK would be nice!
