I have been delivered a wrong hotspot RAK7248 version, US915 instead of EU868. Is it possible to recover an EU868 version by changing the lorawan concentrator RAK2287? If it is possible, which version of the EU868 concentrator should I order : USB or SPI? What are the following steps in terms of software configuration change in order to onboard on the Helium network? Thanks for your help! Best regards
Just to let you know, this is the answer received from RAK :
“I was able to get an update from our Technical Support Team. They said that it is possible that the concentrator for EU868 to be purchased. Also, they mentioned that after upgrading the location through the Helium HNT Wallet APP, the hotspot will automatically change its settings to EU868. You need to buy the concentrator, replace it and then upgrade the location on the Helium Wallet APP”
I have only one remaining question : what version for the concentrator, USB or SPI?
