I wasn’t able to hook up my rak wireless hotspot. I asked my daughter to see if she could. She did, however now she’s the owner of the hotspot. I need to switch owners and get it on my phone. How do I do this?
She has to transfer the ownership from her wallet/app to your wallet/app.
It is quite easy, she logs into the app select the hotspot, presses on the gear icon next to it to bring the available configuration options and the first one at the top is Transfer Hotspot. She only need to follow the instruction, enter the name, the name your wallet, etc.
