How do you claim it?
According to the web sites you need to send them an email.
That I did, the reply was fill in the form.
I replied to them asking what form, no reply.
This must have been a week ago, no further communication from them.
So how do we fo it?

The mail must have been dumped as junk by the mail server, thank you for the form.
