Issue: no onboarding possible

Details: A view days ago I received a New RAK V2 MINER. It is not possible to onboard the Miner with the blue and black helium app…see pictures. Greetings Reiner

As for Helium Hotspot support, please send email to [email protected] describing the issue and include the following info:
- Hotspot details
- QR
- Order number

Habe ich vor 5 Tagen gemacht.
Bisher aber noch keine Hilfe dafür bekommen.
Hängt das Problem vielleicht damit zusammen, daß vom Hersteller kein Geld für das onboarding zur Verfügung gestellt wird?
