Onboarding error MNTD blackspot v2

Bought two new mntd blackspot v2 from rak online store and both of them shows error: no manufacturer found for this hotspot. I’ve triend all apps to onboard and none of them works. I also tried to open ticket or send email to their support a days ago and they don’t even reply. Does anyone can help? Thanks

I have onboarding error too. Sent it to [email protected] and no response for 20 days. Anyone found a fix?

Mine has the exact same issue. No manufacturer found at onboarding. It is needless to say that customer service hasn’t reply to my mails either.
