Onboarding Error on RAK2

Hello,
Even after following all the advices my RAKv2 have the onboarding error.
Changed the SD card, trying with differents onboarding appss, Etc.
No answers from support : [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected].

It’s fantastic that no one at RAK is concerned about the onboarding problem, which seems to be recurring with them, and that no support e-mail address is responding after almost a month for a piece of equipment that isn’t free after all!
