Problem with TTN, Gateway already exists RAK7249

Hello,
I recently bought a RAK7249, I read the documentation, but when i want to register my gateway on the things networks appears the following message

How can I register my gateway?

Hi @ikannedes,

I suggest you contact the TTN support. This is an issue, that I believe they can solve. They should be able to ascertain what exactly is the problem.

Thank you, and I contact to you because I saw before TTN forum, and some users mention a link with all gateways registers on the web and mine appear there, and it say a gps location on china.
